Building a “Global Peace Culture Model” and Creating a Sustainable Peace Education Ecosystem for Future Generations

On October 3, the International Women’s Peace Group (IWPG) Global Region 9, led by Director Im Mi-sook, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ArtTech Korea, a cultural and arts content company represented by CEO Kang Tae-kyung, at the Boksagol Cultural Center Art Hall in Bucheon.

This partnership aims to expand global peace culture through arts and technology and to establish a sustainable peace education ecosystem for the next generation.

Strengthening Peace Culture Through Art

Under the agreement, the two organizations will co-plan and co-host performances and cultural events, creating a new model of peace culture that combines creativity and civic participation. They will also collaborate on IWPG’s peace campaigns and events, promoting global awareness of peace and the end of war.

The MOU further outlines plans to develop continuous peace education programs for youth and citizens, blending artistic expression and technological innovation to communicate the value of peace in engaging and accessible ways.
