In September 2023, HWPL held the DPCW Conference as part of the 9th Anniversary of the September 18th World Peace Summit. This event focused on global peace initiatives, bringing together leaders from 45 countries to discuss strategic plans for implementing the DPCW.

• 61 Peace Project Agreements: Discussions covered regional peacebuilding, legislative efforts, and policy implementation.
• Joint Statement for Peace: 166 global figures, including former heads of state and government officials, signed a pledge supporting the DPCW.
• Government Engagement: Key political leaders such as Haile Meskel from Ethiopia, Boubacar Daka from Mali, and Rosalía Arteaga Serrano, former President of Ecuador, expressed their support for the DPCW’s objective
