What I did for PEACE on 18th September 2019!

PEACE FESTIVAL FOR THE 2019 WORLD PEACE SUMMIT: 5th Anniversary of the WARP Summit.

Where I could feel to achieve complete peace in the world.

PEACE FESTIVAL FOR THE 2019 WORLD PEACE SUMMIT was held at Suwon World Cup Stadium in Korea. The Summit has been held annually since 2014.
Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL, Chairman Man-hee Lee ), the host of this event, is an NGO associated with the Seoul Metropolitan
Government and the UN Department of Global Communications and in Special Consultative Status with the UN ECOSOC. The organizers are the IPYG, an affiliated organization of HWPL, and the IWPG, a UN ECOSOC-affiliated NGO with Special Consultative Status.

HWPL members and senior officials fully filled the audience seats at the festival, and members who had not been able to enter inside were in excitement outside.

After the entrance ceremony and the ceremony, a video was played in the title of 'Activities for the  Implementation of International Peace Law: The DPCW'.
The 10 articles and 38 clauses of the DPCW is a comprehensive documentation of the principles of peace and is based on the Declaration Peace and Cessation of War which has been proclaimed on 14th March 2016.

In his speech, HWPL Chairman Man-hee Lee said, "All citizens of the world should become peace messengers and achieve peace together."
"We proclaimed 5 years ago that we should end the war in the global village and make peace and give it to the future generations as heritage. Politicians promised to enact international peace laws, religious leaders to become one, and heads of the organizations promised to urge this in front of the world. We are making good on that promise now. We are all peace messengers. Today's festival is going to be a long shot in the history of the global village. Let's achieve our promised goal. We are One."

The highlight of the festival was the card section which was performed by the IPYG members. During the card section, the participants were busy holding up their cellphones and taking videos and photos with a big smile!

The performance "Fantasy of Peace," which combined Chasan Nongak, Taekwondo performance, and Classical Dance, was very hopeful and beautiful.

Next, the media facade was played under the theme of 'Light.' which was shown on the white background of the IPYG card section.

The festival ended in a grand finale with a promise of the next year.

What I felt during the festival from the beginning to the end was that it was a meaningful place where everyone wanted peace. It was so fun that I felt that the festival was over in the blink of an eye. The festival was filled with the "peace passion" of HWPL members and invited guests. I was so thankful to HWPL members who prepared the festival such as performance, interpretation, and so on.

  1. What HWPL and everyone who supports them are achieving for humanity is unprecedented. People in conflict are crying out for peace. I'm so grateful for all that HWPL and their supporters are doing.
