How is peace achieved? What should guarantee peace with?

Many people want peace and hope that the world will be built into the peace world. Nevertheless, there are news reports of numerous conflicts around the world every day and of the wars which the conflict has caused.

Living in different thoughts and cultures could lead to conflicts that arise without understanding each other. Even though all of these differences do not lead to conflict or become war.

If a solution to the conflict would be a force, the disputes remain unresolved and appear as terrorism and also lead to war. If people use violence against racism if people try to solve religious conflicts by force, and if people show strength as a way to promote ethnicity, these expressions of violence and force are eventually turning into terrorism and war.

Solving disputes and conflicts should be law.
Arguments and persuasion carried out by keeping the law's boundaries lead to understanding and can lead to a peaceful resolution.

Although this seems like an infinite amount of time is needed, it should be done. If we proceed one by one, everyone will have a habit of settling all disputes by law, not by force, and culture will be formed, and the culture of peace will remain until the next generation to build a more beautiful world of peace. This world of peace culture will not easily fall apart but will be preserved and beautiful.

Peace must be made into law, maintained as a culture, and kept as education.

Here's a law for peace written by international law experts from 15 countries.
The HWPL had formed the International Law Peace Committee' to prepare laws to ensure peace. This is comprised of prominent the centerpiece of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW), proclaimed on March 14, 2016, in the form of a Preamble, 10 articles, and 38 clauses.

Through the DPCW 10 articles and 38 clauses, if all nations will resolve disputes peacefully, and if and join in ceasing war-like activities, numerous causes of violent conflict will be eradicated.

To protect justice, rights and value for humanity, we have to take aggressive actions towards preserving life, peace, and harmony which are the vision of HWPL. HWPL will not stop advocating for the achievement of global peace and security through establishing an international agreement (law) based upon the principles of the DPCW to further encompass all States.
