What is needed for a better democratic civic movement?

In all regions of the world, there have been many civic movements for the protection of human rights and for the sake of peace throughout the ages. Those human rights movements those take place for the same reason, suggest different ways. Various peace movements with the same goal those often look like carrying out in different directions. Why?

That's because each of the movements is doing the same thing though in different ways. There is said that constant dropping will wear away a stone, it means that anything can be accomplished when one thing is continually doing. The movements for peace will be ensured if those continue toward one point and make the same sound toward a clear and identical goal as if drops of water wear away a stone.

Now, a unified approach is needed to build a peaceful world together. This problem is caused because of the absence of a centripetal point. All that is needed for all who are campaigning for peace is the centrepiece of the movement toward peace. If you have a core role, you can work together around it to achieve it.

Also, everyone should have an awareness that the movement for peace is my job. The peace movement should be based on self-experience and that will make people think the movement is something I have to do. Peace is not something that individuals can achieve, but it is something that must be done together. A one-way peace movement based on communication is needed.

If we all work together around one centripetal point, we can achieve a peaceful world.

That's why Chairman Man-Hee Lee of 'Heavenly Culture World Peace Restoration of Light (HWPL)', declares that "we are one" everywhere he goes. It encourages people to build peace together.

HWPL says international society need to establish international peace law to a bottom-up approach for global peace. Because international society needs a comprehensive legal approach that guides citizens’ daily lives, regardless of their nationalities, ethnicities, and religions, in accordance with the promotion of peace. These essential objectives of HWPL are manifested in the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW). The DPCW will be one centripetal point to build the peace world.
