HWPL towards the first step of Peace
HWPL TOWARDS THE FIRST STEP OF PEACE
On 5th of September, 2015.
The six differenc religious leader had discussions about peace at the first World Alliance of Religions Peace (WARP) conference that held in Ottawa. The Peace conference host was Heavenly Culture World Peace Restoration of Light (HWPL) which is NGO organization and working peace movement. HWPL (Chairman Man Hee Lee) held WARP(World Alliance of Religions Peace Summit) in Seoul last September and promoted the cessation of war and world peace. The event was attended by 50 former and incumbent president, vice presidents, leaders of women's and youth organizations and about 700 leaders terminate religious conflicts through signing peace agreement. This is surprising work! The six religion leader are from Jaiism, Islam, Scientology, Buddhism, Sikhism and Christianity. The conference topic is how can make peace through their beliefs.
The Start of conference is by speech of a Catholic priest in Ottawa and then they conducted a True/False exercise to share their opinion about peace.
A Catholic priest said,
"It has been said that there will not be peace between nations if there is no peace among religions. It is terrible and unreasonable when a religon is promoting violence and killing in the name of its belief. It is unacceptable when a religion encourages discriminations of any kind and ignores the rights of other religions to exist and live according to their belief. No one should be forced to practice a religion or to renounce his or her religion."
They gathered for only peace regardless of religion. they had signed peace agreement and they pledged to make world peace without war and conflict. According to statistics, 80% of conflict have happened by religion. the leader of relgions should think what to do for world peace.
Finally, the six leaders signed a peace agreement and becoe peace messengers of peace and work towards achieving world peace with the HWPL.
In celebration of the WARP Summit’s first anniversary, HWPL will host the 1st Commemoration of the World Alliance of Religions Peace Summit in the Republic of Korea on September 18. Summit participants will include politicians, ranking religious leaders, and youth and women’s leaders from all over the world. This great event will be held ahead of the UN World Peace Day in Seoul’s Peace Plaza and will be covered by global media broadcasting stations.
