 Millions of people are suffering worldwide.
Some people are suffering from a lack of money or other people are suffering from break up of family or hunger and  diseases.

we feel a lot of sympathy for them but it seems a moment.

Soon, they concentrate to earn more money and gain better job.

But, if you don't concern them, Who concern them?
